8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BPM technology, making recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
9. Work closely with IT teams to integrate BPM systems and applications with other business systems and processes.
10. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to the performance or security of BPM systems and applications.
11. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues or implement new features and updates.
12. Proactively monitor and manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.
13. Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
14. Continuously evaluate and optimize BPM processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
15. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support as needed.
