
BPM Systems Application Administrator

- Install, configure, and maintain our Business Process Management (BPM) systems and applications.
- Monitor the performance and functionality of BPM systems and applications, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the BPM systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BPM systems and applications, including user manuals and support guides.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage user access and permissions for BPM systems and applications.
- Train and support end-users on BPM systems and applications, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BPM technology, making recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate BPM systems and applications with other business systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to the performance or security of BPM systems and applications.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues or implement new features and updates.
- Proactively monitor and manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize BPM processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Supply Chain Environment.
Expertise In Implementing And Managing Business Process Management (Bpm) Systems, Such As Ibm Business Process Manager, Pega, Or Appian.
Strong Understanding Of Process Design And Workflow Management, As Well As Experience With Process Mapping And Optimization.
Experience With Database Management And Sql Scripting, As Well As Knowledge Of Programming Languages Like Java Or Python.
