IT Support Analyst

Provides day to day operations and support for computers, mobile devices and associated peripherals to staff. This position is responsible for ensuring hardware and software is properly setup, configured, and managed, leveraging approved tools for configuration management and asset control. Responsible for monitoring, updating, escalating and resolving trouble tickets through the IT portal. Provides training and support of employees on regular basis. Evaluates all incidents, escalations, and tracking to completion.Tracks and reports SLA performance of IT tickets and requests.Participates with the IT team in the roll-outs, updates and patches to approved software and hardware. Identifies and tests a group policy prior to roll-out.
