Intern - Commercial Gas Activities Analyst
Administering gas gathering, transportation and processing contracts Research, reporting and analysis on existing contracts based on requests from contract advisors or management. Provide input for strategic planning during contract negotiations. Providing research and contract administration support for acquisitions and dispositions. Partner with contract administration contacts for litigation and regulatory compliance research. Maintaining and updating contract administration process maps and training manuals. Ensuring that all rights/obligations are set up in the system and reported in a timely manner to assure appropriate decisions/actions are taken. Understanding and applying records retention policy for L48 contracts. Occasional administrative duties for Gas Activities will be required.
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Experience with contracts or demonstrating the ability to gather and analyze data
Ability to adapt and respond resourcefully, flexibly, and positively when faced with new challenges and demands
