
Corporate Recruiter
Working under general supervision of the Director of Employment & Employee Relations, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals while referring complex problems and issues for management consult, the Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment activities to include the sourcing and recruitment of qualified candidates to fill open requisitions for a variety of company functions including inside sales, product management, marketing, and technical roles. Develops, initiates, executes and evaluates recruitment strategies that include current resources and trends.
3 years of career experience is required
Demonstrated experience understanding the interaction of workflow and business systems.
Experience in web recruitment tools
