  1. Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
  2. Communicate with trainers and participants to ensure they have all necessary information and materials for the training.
  3. Develop and maintain training calendars and schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize participant attendance.
  4. Manage training budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the training materials and content are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the organization.
  6. Research and recommend new training tools and technologies to enhance the training experience and improve efficiency.
  7. Monitor and track training attendance, completion, and feedback, providing regular reports to management.
  8. Work closely with trainers to ensure they have all necessary resources and support to deliver successful training sessions.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  10. Provide administrative support, such as creating training materials, managing databases, and handling registrations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to training and development.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee growth and development.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to secure the best resources for training programs.
  14. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address them.
  15. Act as a point of contact for any training-related inquiries or concerns from employees, managers, or other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training Coordination And Logistics, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Learning Management Systems, Such As Cornerstone Or Sumtotal.
