  1. Lead and oversee the implementation of technology solutions for our CX team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.
  3. Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends and advancements in CX to make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery of technology projects.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of technology solutions.
  6. Identify and address any technical issues or roadblocks in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  8. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for technology initiatives.
  9. Train and mentor team members on new technologies and processes related to CX.
  10. Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of all technology solutions and processes.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze customer data and feedback to make informed decisions on technology improvements.
  12. Represent Conduent in industry events and conferences to stay updated on emerging CX technology trends and build relationships with potential partners.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for CX technology, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  14. Uphold company values and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Customer Experience (Cx) Strategies And Technologies: A Technology Lead At Conduent Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cx Principles And Best Practices, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Various Cx Technologies Such As Crm Systems, Chatbots, And Analytics Tools.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Oversee Complex Technology Projects, From Conception To Implementation. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting Customer Expectations.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Technology Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Technology Professionals. This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Provide Constructive Feedback.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Technology Lead Will Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Developers, And Designers. Therefore, Effective Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial To Ensure Smooth Collaboration And Successful Project Delivery.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Key Member Of The Cx Team, The Technology Lead Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Technology To Enhance The Customer Experience.
