Job Description

Trains and provides support to Level 1 and 2 associates. Monitors equipment to troubleshoot malfunctions and take necessary actions to resolve problems. Proficiency on quality requirements with the team members in order to make sure they are followed. Documents and communicates all issues. Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
