- Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction to upper management.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR practices and regulations.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance of the team.
A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within Hr Solutions Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Regulations, Including Employment Laws And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Solutions And Strategies To Meet Business Needs And Objectives.
