Job Description

Provide phone, email, and web meeting support to the CLCS client base. Participate in weekly internal support meetings. Analysis of various Application output error messages and providing clients with resolutions. Ability to support client efforts in using SQL (Select and Update Queries, troubleshooting and maintenance etc…). Work with client relationship managers to ensure customer expectations are met. Monitor support requests and maintain status information for operational reporting.

  • Experience with the Relativity and/or Viewpoint applications
