Bachelor's Degree In English, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Writing Winning Proposals For Large, Complex Projects.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines And Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously.
Strong Understanding Of Government Contracting Processes And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Federal, State, And Local Agencies.
