Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Service Delivery at Conduent, you will be responsible for leading a team of service delivery professionals to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, as well as the strategic direction of the service delivery team.We are looking for an experienced leader who is eager to take on a challenging role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful service delivery, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service delivery professionals to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage day-to-day operations of the service delivery team.
  4. Ensure that all service delivery processes are documented and followed.
  5. Monitor and review team performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  6. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  8. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain service delivery standards and procedures.
  10. Monitor and report on service delivery KPIs.
