The successful candidate should be a problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to supporting the growth and development of our employees.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; at least 5 years' experience in employee relations; and a strong understanding of employee relations policies and procedures.
