  2. Identify and report any quality issues or defects to relevant teams and work towards finding solutions.
  3. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to maintain consistency and reliability in products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and address any quality concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and findings.
  6. Provide feedback and recommendations to production teams to improve quality and efficiency.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Monitor production processes to identify potential areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any quality concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Quality Control Processes: A Quality Inspector At Conduent Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Methodologies, Including Iso Standards And Six Sigma Principles.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify Any Defects Or Discrepancies In Products Or Services. A Quality Inspector Should Have Excellent Observational Skills And The Ability To Spot Even Minor Errors.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: To Effectively Evaluate And Analyze Quality Control Data, A Quality Inspector Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills. This Includes The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Patterns Or Trends That May Impact Overall Quality.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Quality Inspector, You Will Be Working Closely With Other Team Members And Departments. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Information And Collaborate With Others To Improve Quality Processes.

  • Quality Assurance Experience: Previous Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Inspection Role Is Highly Desirable For A Quality Inspector At Conduent. This May Include Experience In Conducting Audits, Creating Quality Control Procedures, And Implementing Corrective Actions.
