- Conduct thorough and accurate audits of prescription claims to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in prescription claims, utilizing knowledge of pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective processes and procedures for claims review and auditing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes in medication guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, answering any questions or concerns regarding prescription claims.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in claims data, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive patient information.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharm.d.) From An Accredited Institution.
Valid State Pharmacist License And In Good Standing With State Board Of Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist In A Clinical Or Retail Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Claims Processing And Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Plans.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Claims.
