Outbound Quality Control

At Conduent, we’re on the lookout for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our quality control team in an Outbound Quality Control role. In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that outbound products meet quality standards and are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who is able to work both independently and collaboratively.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in a Quality Control position. Additionally, you should have strong written and oral communication skills, be proficient in using computer applications, and possess a working knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering top-notch quality control services.

Responsibilities: • Ensure outbound products meet quality standards and are delivered on time • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for improvement • Maintain records of outbound products and quality control measures • Monitor process compliance to industry standards and regulations • Generate reports on quality control activities • Implement solutions to address any discrepancies • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality control issues • Assist in training new employees on quality control procedures • Develop and enforce quality control standards
