1. Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments or individuals within the company.
2. Process outgoing mail, including weighing, stamping, and arranging for pickup or delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Ensure that all mail is properly labeled, packaged, and addressed according to company standards.
5. Monitor and maintain postage meter machine, including refilling and troubleshooting any issues.
