We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead SQL - SSIS/ SSRS Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex SQL databases and ETL processes, as well as creating and managing various reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SQL, SSIS, and SSRS, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Design and develop complex SQL databases and ETL processes.
  2. Create and manage reporting solutions using SSIS and SSRS.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data integration solutions.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
  5. Optimize and tune SQL queries and procedures for improved performance.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data integration and reporting.
  8. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  9. Ensure data security and integrity through proper data management and governance.
  10. Proactively identify and recommend improvements for data processes and systems.
  11. Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for all development processes.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  13. Mentor and train team members on SQL development best practices.
  14. Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for SQL development and data integration within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sql Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Sql And Its Various Components Such As Stored Procedures, Triggers, And Functions. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating Complex Queries To Manipulate And Analyze Data.

  • Experience With Ssis And Ssrs: The Lead Sql Developer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Both Ssis (Sql Server Integration Services) And Ssrs (Sql Server Reporting Services). They Should Be Able To Design, Develop, And Implement Etl Processes Using Ssis And Create Reports Using Ssrs.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead Sql Developer, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Data-Related Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Propose Efficient And Effective Solutions To Improve Data Processes.

  • Project Management Skills: The Lead Sql Developer Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects And Ensuring They Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Delegate Responsibilities, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Stakeholders.

  • Team Leadership Experience: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Sql Developers. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Foster A Collaborative Work Environment.
