In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient support and customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues regarding healthcare products and services.We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of healthcare products and services. A successful Healthcare Call Center Associate will demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with customers, while also ensuring that all inquiries are answered accurately and in a timely manner.The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications: at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; and a high school diploma or equivalent.
