Job Description

At Conduent, we are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Call Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient support and customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues regarding healthcare products and services.We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of healthcare products and services. A successful Healthcare Call Center Associate will demonstrate empathy and understanding when interacting with customers, while also ensuring that all inquiries are answered accurately and in a timely manner.The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications: at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities of a Healthcare Call Center Associate:

  1. Provide patient support and customer service by answering questions and resolving issues regarding healthcare products and services.

  4. Maintain familiarity with healthcare products and services.
