
Full-Time Mailroom Data Entry Clerk

Proficiency In Data Entry: The Candidate Should Possess A High Level Of Accuracy And Speed In Data Entry, With A Strong Attention To Detail. Previous Experience In Data Entry Is Preferred.
Time Management Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Role Requires The Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines And Handle A High Volume Of Work.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Mailroom Data Entry Clerk, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Various Departments And Team Members. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Effective Collaboration And Problem-Solving.

Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Database Management: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Microsoft Office Applications, Particularly Excel And Word. Experience With Database Management Software Is Also Preferred. This Will Enable The Candidate To Efficiently Enter And Manage Data, As Well As Generate Reports As Needed.
