Job Description

As a Fraud Customer Service Representative at Conduent, you will be the first line of defense against fraud and identity theft. You will help protect our customers by providing exceptional customer service and fraud prevention support. We are looking for someone with strong customer experience, problem solving, and communication skills who is driven to provide positive solutions to customer challenges. If you are passionate about helping people and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.Qualifications: • At least 1 year of customer service experience• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Knowledge of fraud prevention and identity theft• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate customer accounts for potential fraudulent activity and take appropriate action in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries on fraud prevention and identity theft.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support.
  4. Evaluate customer accounts for risk and identity verification.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for compliance and audit purposes.
  6. Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity and take appropriate action.
  7. Manage customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
  8. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
  9. Remain up-to-date on the latest fraud trends and techniques.
  10. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to process customer information.
