  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue within the tolling division.
  2. Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in cultivating strong client relationships.
  3. Foster a customer-centric culture within the account management team, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within existing tolling clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  7. Oversee the development and execution of client proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
  8. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of the account management team and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive overall business objectives.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
  12. Represent Conduent and the tolling division at industry conferences and events, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay knowledgeable about the latest tolling technology and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Tolling Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships And Driving Business Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Tolling Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Tolling Industry, Including Knowledge Of Tolling Systems, Operations, And Regulations. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Effectively Managing Client Accounts And Providing Strategic Guidance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Account Managers. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, And Effectively Manage Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Director Will Be The Main Point Of Contact For Clients And Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Identify And Solve Complex Problems.
