Job Description

You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues, issuing resolutions, and providing clear and concise instructions. You should also be able to articulate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.To be successful in this role, you should have a customer-oriented attitude and be able to remain calm under pressure. You should have a technical background and be proficient in using computer hardware and software. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. You should also be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
