
Customer Representative - Online and Software
At Conduent, we are looking for an experienced Customer Representative - Online and Software who will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience to our partners, clients, and customers. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer service in the software and/or online industry, and strong technical skills. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. A positive and professional attitude is a must in this role.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is able to handle difficult customer interactions with ease. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
