Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate at Conduent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We're looking for a highly organized and motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and an eagerness to learn.To be successful in the role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a track record of effectively managing customer relationships, and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing support
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up
  • Educate customers on products and services offered
  • Provide feedback on customer service processes to improve customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot customer inquiries
  • Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Remain up-to-date on product and service offerings
  • Adhere to customer service guidelines and standards
