  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Assist clients with any post-sales support or assistance they may require.
  4. Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise from clients regarding our products or services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  6. Remain knowledgeable about our products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
  7. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
  8. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by suggesting and implementing new processes or procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, and incorporate them into daily interactions with clients.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Conduent, representing our company and values in all interactions with clients.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve customer engagement skills.
  13. Prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all client needs are met in a timely manner.
  14. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support each other in providing excellent customer service.
  15. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Appropriate Solutions Is Essential For A Customer Engagement After Sales Role At Conduent.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Customer Service Or Sales, Is Highly Valued For This Position. This Includes The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Escalations With Professionalism And Empathy.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Customer Engagement After Sales Representative, You Will Often Be Presented With Complex Issues And Challenges From Customers. Therefore, Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively Are Important For Success In This Role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Conduent Works With Various Technology Platforms And Systems, So Proficiency In Using Computers And Software Is Necessary For This Role. Additionally, Familiarity With Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Tools And Other Customer Engagement Platforms Is A Plus.
