At Conduent, we are looking for an outstanding Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills.To excel in this role, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to stay organized and multitask. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is able to take ownership of customer calls and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via telephone and email
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Analyze customer service inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide follow-up as needed
- Track and document customer inquiries and complaints
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution
