Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized Benefits Processor to join our team at Conduent. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of benefits processing. You must possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy to ensure all benefits requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for a Benefits Processor who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to our team.To be successful as a Benefits Processor, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years' experience in a benefits or human resources administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Finally, the ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process benefits requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding benefits processing.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all benefits requests.
  4. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with benefits requests.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  6. Respond to inquiries from clients regarding their benefits requests.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations related to the benefits processing system.
  8. Provide training and support to other staff members on benefits processing procedures.
  9. Monitor and maintain the benefits processing system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  10. Assist with other duties as assigned.
