- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their employees through prompt and accurate response to inquiries and concerns regarding benefits programs.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively explain complex benefits processes and provide guidance to individuals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client and employee benefits information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits programs, including but not limited to claims, enrollment, and eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients and employees.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns related to benefits programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client and employee information.
- Assist with the implementation of new benefits programs and changes to existing programs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to benefits administration.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a high volume of inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Or Consulting Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, And Hipaa.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Employees And Clients.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Hris Systems, Preferably Workday Or Oracle.
