- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies related to employee benefits.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of benefits data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to HR and management on benefits-related issues.
- Educate employees on available benefits and assist them with enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Process and reconcile benefits invoices and maintain accurate records of benefits costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new benefits programs and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address employee concerns or complaints related to benefits.
- Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Monitor and track benefits expenses to ensure they align with the company's budget and financial objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Train and mentor junior benefits team members to support their professional development.
- Continuously review and streamline benefits processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization Or At A Benefits Consulting Firm.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Benefits, Including Erisa, Hipaa, And Cobra.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees And Stakeholders.
