Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and employee communication services.
- Ensure benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Analyze employee benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Create and maintain records of employee benefits information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefits programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on employee benefits programs.
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding benefits programs and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
