At Conduent, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Actuarial Analyst - Defined Benefits to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing defined benefit pension plans for our clients, working closely with stakeholders to provide actuarial and consulting advice. If you are an experienced actuary with solid analytical and problem-solving skills, this role might be a great fit for you.To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Actuarial Science or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in defined benefit pension plans. Responsibilities:

  1. Executing and managing defined benefit pension plans for clients
  2. Providing actuarial and consulting advice to stakeholders
  3. Analyzing and solving problems related to pension plans
  4. Designing pension plans with accuracy and efficiency
  5. Staying up-to-date with pension plan regulations and industry trends
  6. Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders
  7. Organizing and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion
  8. Developing strategies to optimize pension plans
  9. Preparing actuarial reports and presentations for clients
  10. Educating stakeholders on pension plan regulations and industry trends
