
IT Service Desk Technician
The Information Technology Services department provides services for information storage, retrieval, and processing on campus as well as supporting the technical side of the institution. You will be receiving service tickets from staff, faculty, and students, and then following the tickets through to completion to help the customers with their needs. Software assistance such as installing and updating software, creating user accounts, and various maintenance and/or trouble shooting tasks. Helping with hardware needs such as deploying computers, phones and printers to various locations on campus
Minimum 1 year of experience in client workstation support
Prior customer service experience is required
