1. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, utilizing innovative and effective teaching methods to engage and challenge students.

3. Conduct research in the field of psychology and contribute to the academic community through publications, presentations, and other scholarly activities.
4. Mentor and advise students in academic and career pursuits, providing guidance and support for their personal and professional growth.
