- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to CommScope products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date support to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Identify and escalate critical or recurring issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer support experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers of varying technical backgrounds.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Including Routers, Switches, And Cabling Systems
Knowledge Of Troubleshooting Techniques And Methods For Software And Hardware Issues
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Provide Technical Assistance.
