
Service Provider Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key service provider accounts.
- Understand and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the telecommunications industry.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide updates to upper management on account performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by clients, and work towards prompt resolution.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to upper management.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients as needed.
- Monitor and analyze account performance data, and use insights to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of account activity and interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote services.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and maintain a high level of customer retention.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Telecommunications Or Technology Industry
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Solutions, Including Fiber Optic And Wireless Technologies
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, Meeting Sales Targets, And Developing Long-Term Customer Relationships
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
