- Oversee and administer all aspects of the company's benefits programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations related to benefits administration.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of employee benefits.
- Communicate and educate employees on available benefits and assist with benefit enrollment and changes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts and rates to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify any areas for improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement new and innovative benefits programs.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related information.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to senior management.
- Lead open enrollment process and assist with the selection and implementation of new benefits plans.
- Train and mentor junior benefits team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously evaluate and improve benefits processes to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Support company culture and values by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations And Laws Related To Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Hipaa, And Aca
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
