  1. Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to the inside sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  5. Set clear expectations and goals for team members and ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives.
  6. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote motivation, engagement, and high performance.
  7. Communicate regularly with team members to provide feedback, recognize achievements, and address any issues or concerns.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and senior management to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service and support from the inside sales team.
  11. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the inside sales team.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience Managing A Team Of Inside Sales Representatives, Preferably In A Technology Or Telecommunications Industry.
