
Inside Sales Account Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and industries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and promote new products and services.
- Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations to educate and engage customers.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Understand and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to enhance overall sales performance.
- Represent CommScope at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Inside Sales Or Account Management.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Experience Selling Related Products And Solutions.
