Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly and accurately.
  2. Process various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
  3. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers, identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  4. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all cash handling procedures and policies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on all bank policies, procedures, and products to accurately assist customers and answer any questions.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  8. Follow all security procedures and protocols to protect the bank and its customers.
  9. Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the appropriate departments.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  11. Provide support to other bank departments as needed.
  12. Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  13. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including confidentiality and code of conduct.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
  15. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Typically Required For A Teller Position At Comerica Bank.

  • Cash Handling Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Handling Cash, Either Through Previous Teller Experience Or In A Retail Or Customer Service Role.
