- Perform accurate and efficient cash handling transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, for customers following bank policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on bank products and services, including account options and online banking tools.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to security procedures to protect against fraud and identity theft.
- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
- Provide support in other areas of the branch, such as opening new accounts or assisting with loan applications, as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Uphold the values and mission of Comerica Bank in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
