1. Perform accurate and efficient cash handling transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, for customers following bank policies and procedures.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Educate customers on bank products and services, including account options and online banking tools.
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
5. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
7. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to security procedures to protect against fraud and identity theft.
8. Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to management.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
10. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
11. Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
12. Provide support in other areas of the branch, such as opening new accounts or assisting with loan applications, as needed.
13. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
