  8. Handle Customer Inquiries and Complaints: The Teller will listen to and address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
  9. Cross-Sell Services: The Teller will identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers to help them achieve their financial goals and increase the bank's revenue.
  10. Uphold High Standards of Professionalism: The Teller will represent the bank in a professional and ethical manner at all times, adhering to dress code and maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
