Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Balance daily transactions to ensure accurate cash management • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies • Answer customer questions regarding bank products and services • Cross-sell additional bank products and services • Assist with opening and closing of the branch • Maintain a professional and friendly work environment
