We at Comerica Bank are looking for an experienced Teller who is prepared to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Our Tellers are integral to our branch team and contribute to our success by helping our customers with their daily banking needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong background in cash handling and banking operations. Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their needs are met • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Balance daily transactions to ensure accurate cash management • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies • Answer customer questions regarding bank products and services • Cross-sell additional bank products and services • Assist with opening and closing of the branch • Maintain a professional and friendly work environment
