Teller

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Comerica Bank team as a Teller! As our Teller, you will be the face of the bank, providing excellent customer service and helping our customers with their financial needs. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable working with money, be able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with their financial needs, such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, and opening and closing accounts
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information
• Follow bank procedures and regulations
• Remain up to date on bank products, services, and promotions
