As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients and will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with them. The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and customer-focused attitude, as well as a keen eye for detail.Required qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a customer service role, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate a multi-line telephone system. We are searching for a team player who is organized, reliable, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments • Balance cash drawer daily • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for visiting • Cross-sell bank products and services • Answer customer inquiries about bank services • Refer customers to appropriate staff for further services • Follow established policies and procedures • Maintain accurate customer records • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner • Adhere to banking regulations and compliance procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work area
