Teller

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, provide exceptional customer service, and answer any inquiries they may have
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Follow established banking procedures and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Balance and reconcile daily teller transactions
• Cross-sell banking products and services
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
• Monitor customer accounts for potential suspicious activity
• Provide support and guidance to other tellers as needed
