Teller

We are looking for an individual with a passion for providing superior service to our customers, as well as being an integral part of our team.The ideal candidate for this position should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. They should also possess a solid understanding of banking regulations and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and complete daily transactions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous customer service experience in a financial institution is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and other banking transactions.
3. Balance cash drawers, verify transactions, and answer customer inquiries.
4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and daily cash balances.
6. Provide account information to customers and suggest appropriate banking products and services.
7. Process loan applications and other documents.
8. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking services.
9. Identify and report suspicious activities or transactions.
10. Provide support and assistance to other members of the bank team.
