Teller

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about giving our customers an amazing banking experience.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Teller at a bank, credit union, or other financial institution. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Additional qualifications include basic math skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Perform cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
3. Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and answer any questions they may have.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries.
6. Stay up to date on bank policies and procedures.
7. Process customer requests, such as account openings and closings.
8. Cross-sell bank products and services.
9. Adhere to bank security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
10. Assist with other banking activities, as needed.
