Responsibilites:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and answer their inquiries in an efficient and informed way.
  2. Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  3. Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
  4. Balance the cash drawer accurately and regularly.
  5. Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Follow established policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with daily banking operations as needed.
  9. Monitor customer activity and alert management of any suspicious activity.
  10. Stay up-to-date on bank products and services.
