Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and service-oriented Teller to join our team at Comerica Bank and help our customers with their financial needs. You should be a team player and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with customers. As a Teller, you'll be the face of the bank, and you should be comfortable providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in cash handling and customer service. You should also be able to explain complex financial products to customers. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver with good communication skills and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments • Verify customer identities and account information • Answer customer questions and provide guidance regarding financial products and services • Recognize sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate departments • Balance cash drawers accurately and reconcile cash with bank records • Maintain accurate customer records and follow bank policies and procedures • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction • Remain knowledgeable about banking products and services • Participate in team meetings and training activities
