
Sr Trust Client Assistant
Comerica Bank is looking for an experienced and organized Senior Trust Client Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of trust and estate administration, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing superior service to our clients. As a Senior Trust Client Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Trust and Estate team. You must be able to maintain accurate and organized records, and have the ability to anticipate client needs. To qualify for the Senior Trust Client Assistant role, you must have at least 5 years of administrative support experience in a trust and estate administration setting. You must also be able to demonstrate competency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Trust and Estate team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Anticipate client needs and provide superior customer service.
- Demonstrate competency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all transactions and client requests are handled promptly and accurately.
- Perform trust account reconciliations and other trust account management duties.
- Assist with trust and estate document preparation and filing.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
